Limited Product Warranty
ABSOLUT PPF provides a limited warranty against manufacturing and material defects, provided that the product has been installed by an authorized dealer or certified installer and maintained in accordance with our recommended care instructions.
What is Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing-related defects, including:
- Yellowing caused by material defects.
- Cracking or delamination.
- Manufacturing defects in the film or adhesive.
- Abnormal deterioration of the film's optical properties.
What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Improper installation or removal.
- Damage caused by accidents, impacts, or normal wear and tear.
- Improper maintenance or the use of unsuitable chemicals.
- Damage resulting from environmental contamination or lack of proper care.
Warranty Claims
All warranty claims must be submitted through the authorized dealer or certified installer who performed the installation. Proof of purchase or installation, together with photos or other documentation of the issue, may be required to process the claim.
Claims must include the batch number of the film, confirmation that the damage was not modified or touched, and material or evidence from the original crash or damage state.
ABSOLUT PPF reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any warranty claim.
